A retirement-plan fintech had a strong product but no structured way to engage advisors beyond transactional sales support. Marketing was ad hoc, resources were scattered, and advisors lacked clear materials to grow their 401(k) business locally.

I designed and launched a 90-day pilot that tested high-touch marketing collaboration with selected advisor firms. The result: a repeatable playbook for co-marketing that expanded advisor reach, improved satisfaction, and positioned channel marketing as a core growth lever.
